We do our best to honor impending deadlines. Please explain this at the fitting. We understand that there are often shipping delays that prevent folks from getting their garments on time and that sometimes they don’t fit. We are here to help.

No. Unforntunately, due to the tremendously high volume of work coming in, this is not a service we can offer at this time.

Yes. First, we will see if the zipper can be repaired. If not, we will custom order a good replacement and install it for you.

This is a studio in the Cotton Mill in Brattleboro. To find it, go in the NORTH Entrance and up one flight of stairs. (Across from Buddy’s Pet Source)

Generally, yes. Twenty minutes is enough to assess five items or less. If you want extra time, please book two or more consecutive appointments.
Brides should plan on having a double appointment.

Yes. Please do not bring more than five items at a time. The shop is tiny. In the interest of serving the wider community better, and to return things faster, it is best not to monopolize the workspace with a large pile from one person. Thank you for your courtesy!
